Fashakin Aduragbemi Michael, visual artist was born in Surulere area of Lagos. Had his art training in the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos where he was awarded National Diploma in General Arts and Higher National Diploma in fine arts specializing in Painting. Michael has participated in numerous group art exhibitions and has a solo exhibition to his credit. He is an art educator having a Professional Diploma in Education from the Federal College of Education (Technical) in Lagos; has worked as visual art instructor in various private secondary schools in Lagos and Ogun states where he ha nurtured many young upcoming art students. He also worked as an adjunct lecturer in the department of Fine Art as a way of giving back to his alma mater. He is currently at the department of Architecture in the Redeemer's College of Technology and Management, Mowe, Ogun state. He is a member of the Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA) Lagos chapter and the serving General Secretary of SNA Lagos. He is married with children.
