Odah Ojomugbo Julius is a dedicated full-time studio artist based in Abuja, Nigerian. He Specializes in painting. He hails from Imane, Olamaboro local government, Kogi State. Julius discovered his passion for art at a young age and has been honing his skills ever since. Julius's artistic journey began with a strong foundation in traditional Nigerian art, which he studied and practiced extensively as a graduate of Zaria Art School, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2023. He then went on to explore various styles and techniques such as abstraction, impressionism, cubism, and realism. He draws inspiration from both his cultural heritage and the modern world around him.  Julius's work is characterized by vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and a unique blend of traditional and contemporary elements. His paintings often depict scenes from everyday life activities, capturing the beauty and complexity of the country's culture and people. Recently, his works are mostly futuristic inclined thought. He has participated in several exhibitions such as “Life in my city”exhibited in Thought Pyramid Abuja 2021, he has participated in the International Arts and Crafts(INAC) expo 2023 in which the team he worked with emerged the winner for Best NGO supporting young artist. He also participated in the Art Master Class: made in Nigeria 3.0 implemented by GIZ, in collaboration with German cooperation, Nigeria-German Center for immigration and development and Federal ministry of Labour and Employment held in Nike Art Gallery Abuja in 2023 and “Greater Nigeria” painting and photography exhibition in Nike Art Gallery Abuja, his works have been exhibited in galleries and art fairs in Nigeria, earning him a dedicated following of art enthusiasts and collectors. In addition to his success as a visual artist, Julius is also a passionate advocate for art education. He has worked with local schools as fine Arts teacher and community organizations to promote the importance of art in his society.
