Katurag Chinyio (KC) is a Nigerian visual artist working primarily with acrylic on canvas. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (B.A. Fine Art, 2013), she has gained extensive experience through her work with several Abuja art spaces and currently with the Nike Art Gallery.

Her practice explores themes of solace, companionship, and emotional openness. She is known for her pointillist/ poitillism style, featuring elongated female figures inspired by Maasai. With elaborate adornment, often set against dark backgrounds with vibrant jewelry accents. KC also works across abstract realism, realism, and pure abstraction in both acrylic and oil.
