How are returns and refunds handled?

We understand that purchasing artwork online can be a difficult decision, and we want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The artwork must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a platform error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

- Once we receive the returned artwork, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to exchange your artwork.
- Please note that exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
- Custom orders and commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Artworks that have been damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
